- 2. Pick a currency and locale. INR + en-IN is a common pair.
- 3. Read the formatted string. Browser Intl.
- 4. No capture. Display only.
About this tool
Money formatting is locale × currency, not a float with a symbol glued on. This tool uses Intl.NumberFormat with a small ISO 4217 catalog (name + symbol) so invoices and dummy receipts look right.
Not FX
There is no exchange rate. 100 USD does not become INR.
Minor units
You type a decimal amount; JPY still formats as the engine decides for that currency.
