Terms of service
Last updated: 27 August 2026
These terms govern your use of PureDevKit at https://puredevkit.com (the “site”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The service
PureDevKit offers free, browser-based developer utilities, articles, and pages that describe third-party APIs. The tools are provided for convenience. Results — including conversions, generated code, formatted text, hashes, and sample data — are not guaranteed to be correct for any particular system, compiler, or production environment. You are responsible for reviewing output before you rely on it.
Third-party APIs named in our guides are not part of our service. Their operators set their own terms, pricing, and availability, and may change or withdraw access at any time.
No account
You do not need an account to use the tools. We do not provide cloud storage, backup, or sync of what you paste. Anything you enter is processed on your device unless you choose to send it elsewhere.
Your responsibilities
You agree that you will:
- Use the site only in a lawful way and only with data you are allowed to handle
- Not use the site to attack, scan, or disrupt systems you do not own or have permission to test
- Not attempt to interfere with the site, overload it, or bypass security or access controls
- Take care with secrets, production data, and personal information, especially on a shared or employer-managed computer
You keep ownership of the data you process locally. We do not claim rights to that content.
Intellectual property
The PureDevKit name, site design, and original writing on this website are owned by us or used under license. You may not copy the site as a product, scrape it in a way that harms the service, or present our pages as your own. Open-source and third-party components retain their own licenses.
Advertising
The site may display advertisements or affiliate links in labeled areas. Ads are not endorsements. Your use of an advertiser’s product or website is governed by that party’s terms, not ours. See our privacy policy for how advertising cookies work.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the tools are error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable as a substitute for professional engineering, legal, or security review. Cryptographic helpers and token inspectors are aids, not a security audit.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PureDevKit and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site — including incorrect output or any secret or file you chose to paste into a browser.
If a court finds that liability cannot be fully excluded, our total liability for claims relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us to use it in the twelve months before the claim (which is zero, because the tools are free).
Changes
We may change these terms by posting an updated version on this page. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
