How to use DNS builder
- 1. Pick a type. A through CAA.
- 2. Fill host, value, extra. MX extra is priority.
- 3. Copy the record or zone stub. Paste into your DNS host.
- 4. No lookup. This tab does not query 1.1.1.1.
About this tool
DNS records are easier to get right when you can see the BIND line before you click a dashboard. This builder emits A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT, SRV, and CAA plus a tiny zone stub. It never performs a lookup.
TTL
Fixed at 300 in the stub. Change it at the provider.
Validation
Values are not fully validated (AAAA shape, CAA tags). Review before publish.
